If using the same credentials for accessing the control panel and one or more other connections (including API), 2FA will break the second session. Please create a dedicated role user, with a different set of credentials for each additional connection.

You can create a role user in your account by following these steps: Log into the account >> Dashboard >> Click on your username next to the Bell icon in the upper right corner >> Account Overview >> Settings >> Share Access >> Click on the ''+ New Role User''.

 

IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL STEP: If you're reselling over API or a 3rd-party Software like WHMCS, Blesta, HostBill et al, please create a user role as explained here and use that user role for your API connection in the registrar module's respective credential settings.
